When using a hitch mounted cargo carrier – is it possible to have the outer end (away from the vehicle) of the 2″ hitch tube punched with holes so that you could use a second drawbar and tow a lightweight camper??

The Dry weight of the Camper is 1090 – with 975 cargo capacity – making the GVW just over 2000 pounds.

I was contemplating having my trailer frame redone to incorporate a storage platform… but the hitch mounted cargo carrier would be more useful.
